Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

An easterly airstream is affecting the coastal areas of Guangdong.

At 5 a.m., Tropical Storm Sanba was centred about 630 kilometres south of Manila. It is forecast to move west at about 25 kilometres per hour across the southern part of the Philippines.

Weather forecast for today

Sunny periods. Cool in the morning. Dry during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 19 degrees during the day. Moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : The weather will be mild and humid with fog during the Lunar New Year's Eve and the New Year Holidays.
