Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A warm maritime airstream continued to affect the coastal areas of Guangdong today. Locally, it was fine. There was fog over the seas south of Hong Kong in the morning and the visibility once fell to around 100 metres. Temperatures in many places rose to 25 degrees or above in the afternoon. A fresh easterly airstream is expected to bring generally cloudy weather to the coastal areas of Guangdong during the weekend.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Saturday, 17 Feb 2018)

Mainly fine apart from rather low visibility in some areas. Becoming cloudy during the day with one or two light rain patches. Temperatures will range between 17 and 21 degrees. Light winds, becoming moderate to fresh easterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly cloudy in the following couple of days. Windier on the third day of the Lunar New Year.
