Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

Showers and thunderstorms associated with an upper-air disturbance affected the coast of Guangdong yesterday. Locally, it was mainly cloudy with isolated showers. As the upper-air disturbance moved away from the vicinity of the Pearl River Estuary, there were sunny intervals over Hong Kong in the afternoon. The weather is expected to be generally fine over southern China today. Under the influence of an easterly airstream, it will be windy over the coast of Guangdong during the weekend.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Friday, 16 Mar 2018)

Mainly fine. Coastal fog in the morning. Temperatures will range between 21 and 26 degrees. Light winds.

Outlook : Windy on Saturday. Sunny periods in the following couple of days. Weather will be unsettled on next Tuesday.
