Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon continued to affect southern China yesterday. Locally, it was mainly cloudy. There were sunny intervals during the day and a few rain patches at night. The northeast monsoon is expected to affect the coast of Guangdong during the weekend, it will be windier and relatively dry over the region.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Saturday, 13 Oct 2018)

Mainly cloudy. A few rain patches in the morning and at night. Sunny periods during the day. Temperatures will range between 22 and 27 degrees. Moderate to fresh easterly winds, occasionally strong offshore.

Outlook : Mainly cloudy in the following couple of days. There will be showers midweek next week.
