Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affected Guangdong yesterday. Locally, it was cloudy with a few rain patches. Temperatures around noon were generally three to four degrees lower than those of the day before. The northeast monsoon is expected to continue to affect southern China today. With the monsoon being replaced by a humid maritime airstream, temperatures will rise over the south China coast midweek this week and the weather will be brighter.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Monday, 25 Mar 2019)

Mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches. Rain will be more frequent during the day. Temperatures will range between 17 and 21 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore at first.

Outlook : Temperatures rising with sunny periods in the following couple of days.
