Annual* WHO Air Quality Guideline

For PM2.5, PM10 and NO2, we have used the WHO Annual AQ guideline values of 10, 20 and 40 ug/m3. For SO2, since there is no annual AQ guideline, we have used the WHO 24-hour AQ guideline values of 20 ug/m3, which is also the annual average referenced by European Commission.
