Announcement on Localised Heavy Rain: More than 70 millimetres of rainfall were recorded in Southern District of Hong Kong Island in the past 1 hour ending at 12:20 a.m. and may cause serious flooding.
Though rainstorm warning has been cancelled, people should stay alert to the danger that may be brought about by river flooding.
