Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
An intense winter
monsoon continued to affect southern China today. Locally, it was mainly
fine,
cold in the morning. Temperatures over the territory generally fell to 11 degrees or below. It was
very dry during the day. Under the influence of the
monsoon, it will remain
cold in the morning over Guangdong in the next couple of days.
At 11 p.m.,
Tropical Storm Kai-tak was centred about 180 kilometres south of Nansha Dao. It is forecast to move west-southwest at about 18 kilometres per hour across the southern part of the South China Sea.

Cold in the morning with a minimum temperature of about 12 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories.

very dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 18 degrees.

cold on Thursday morning. Temperatures rising on Friday and Saturday.
