Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

Under the influence of a maritime airstream, the local weather was humid and foggy yesterday. Visibility over the harbour once fell below 1000 metres. There were sunny periods during the day with temperatures over most parts of the territory rose to around 28 degrees. Besides, a cold front formed over the northern part of southern China yesterday morning and moved southwards gradually. It is expected to cross the coast of Guangdong this morning and bring appreciably cooler weather to the region.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Mainly cloudy with a few rain patches. A few fog patches at first. It will become cooler appreciably. Temperatures will fall from about 24 degrees at first to a minimum of around 18 degrees. Light winds, strengthening from the east gradually.

Outlook : Windy with a few rain patches in the following couple of days. Temperatures dropping further on Thursday. Weather improving on Friday with cold morning.
