Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing cold weather to the south China coastal areas. Locally, temperatures fell to around 11 degrees in the urban areas this morning, and even fell below 10 degrees over parts of the New Territories.

Weather forecast for today

Fine and dry. Cold in the morning. The maximum temperature will be around 18 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Fine and dry during the weekend with relatively large temperature difference between day and night. Temperatures and humidity will rise gradually early next week.
