Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affecting southern China is moderating gradually. Locally, temperatures in the afternoon were generally two to three degrees higher than those of yesterday. Besides, the relative humidity over the New Territories once fell below 50 per cent.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 17 degrees in the urban areas tomorrow morning, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 23 degrees. Moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : Warm during the day in the following couple of days and it will become humid with fog gradually. Some showers midweek this week.
