Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A cold front formed over the northern part of southern China and moved southwards gradually this morning. Besides, thundery showers affected the coast of Guangdong today. Locally, there were sunny intervals and rather low visibility. Later, there were a few showers and thunderstorms. The cold front is expected to move across the south China coastal areas tomorrow morning. The associated northeast monsoon will bring generally fine and appreciably cooler weather to the region in the middle and latter parts of this week.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Tuesday, 20 Mar 2018)

Cloudy with showers. There will be squally thunderstorms and rather low visibility at first. Showers will ease off during the day and there will be sunny intervals in the afternoon. It will become cool appreciably with temperatures ranging between 16 and 23 degrees. Light winds, becoming fresh northerlies, occasionally strong offshore.

Outlook : Fine and dry with cool mornings in the following couple of days. Temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large.
