At noon at the Hong Kong Observatory the air temperature was 33 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity 63 per cent.
During the past hour the mean UV Index recorded at King's Park was 9. The intensity of UV radiation was very high.

The accumulated rainfall since 1st January up to the end of May this year was 175.0 mm compared with the normal of 640.8 mm for the same period.
