Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

An anticyclone aloft is bringing generally fine weather to the coast of southeastern China. Meanwhile, showers are affecting western Guangdong and the vicinity of the Pearl River Estuary. Locally, a few millimetres of rainfall were recorded over Lantau Island and Tuen Mun.

Weather forecast for today

Sunny periods and one or two showers. Very hot during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 33 degrees. Moderate south to southeasterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and very hot apart from isolated showers in the next couple of days.
