During the past hour the mean UV Index recorded at King's Park was 0.1. The intensity of UV radiation was low.

Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A broad trough of low pressure is bringing showers to the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea.

At 4 p.m., Severe Typhoon Soulik was centred about 750 kilometres southeast of Kagoshima. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 20 kilometres per hour across the western North Pacific.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly cloudy with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms. Showers will be heavier tonight and tomorrow morning. Sunny intervals in the afternoon. Temperatures will range between 26 and 30 degrees. Light winds.

Outlook : Sunny periods and a few showers in the following couple of days.
