A broad trough of low pressure is bringing showers to the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly cloudy with a few showers. There will be isolated thunderstorms later. Light winds, becoming moderate southwesterlies later.

Outlook : Heavy showers and squally thunderstorms in the next couple of days. Showers will ease off towards the weekend.
