Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing slightly cooler weather to Guangdong. Isolated showers affected Hong Kong around noon. More than 20 millimetres of rainfall were recorded over parts of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, and rainfall even exceeded 40 millimetres over Happy Valley.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly cloudy with a few showers. Slightly cooler tonight. Moderate northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Windier and slightly cooler with a few rain patches tomorrow. Sunny periods in the following couple of days.
