Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

Winds are weak over Guangdong. Thundery showers triggered by high temperatures are affecting the region.

At 4 p.m., Typhoon Trami was centred about 1540 kilometres east-southeast of Gaoxiong. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour across the western North Pacific.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly cloudy with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms. Sunny intervals tomorrow with temperatures ranging between 26 and 31 degrees. Light to moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : Sunny periods and a few showers in the following couple of days. Mainly fine and dry in the latter part of this week.
