An intense northeast monsoon is bringing significantly cooler weather to Guangdong.

Weather forecast for today

Cloudy with one or two rain patches. It will be cool. Temperatures in the urban areas will fall to around 15 degrees tonight, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground.

Outlook : Temperatures will drop further and there will be a few rain patches in the next couple of days. It will be cold early to midweek next week.
