Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing rather cool weather to Guangdong. Meanwhile, pressure is rising over central China. The associated replenishment of the northeast monsoon will reach the coast of Guangdong tomorrow.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly cloudy with one or two rain patches tonight. Cool in the morning and at night. Bright periods tomorrow. The maximum temperature will be around 18 degrees. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong offshore later. Temperatures will fall to about 14 degrees tomorrow night.

Outlook : Rather cool on Wednesday with a minimum temperature of around 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Temperatures rising gradually and there will be sunny periods towards the weekend.
