Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing rather cool weather to Guangdong. Meanwhile, pressure is rising over the northern part of Guangdong. A replenishment of the monsoon is expected to reach the coastal areas later today.

Weather forecast for today

Bright periods. Cool in the morning and at night. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong offshore later. Temperatures will fall to about 14 degrees at night.

Outlook : Rather cool tomorrow with a minimum temperature of around 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Temperatures rising gradually and there will be sunny periods towards the weekend.
