Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing cold weather to Guangdong. Temperatures over inland areas stayed around 10 degrees in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly cloudy. Rather cool tomorrow morning with a minimum temperature of about 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry with bright periods during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 17 degrees. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground at first.

Outlook : Temperatures rising gradually in the following couple of days. Mainly fine over the weekend and early next week.
