Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coast. Besides, the cloud band covering the region is thinning out gradually.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Cloudy at first with relatively low visibility over parts of the territory. Fine and dry tomorrow. Cool in the morning with a minimum temperature of about 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be about 22 degrees during the day. Moderate north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry on Tuesday. Cloudier with one or two rain patches in the middle and latter parts of this week.
