Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon brought generally fine weather to southern China today. Locally, it was cool in the morning. The weather was fine and dry during the day. The relative humidity over most parts of the territory fell to about 40 per cent. The dry northeast monsoon will continue to bring generally fine weather to southern China tomorrow.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Tuesday, 18 Dec 2018)

Mainly fine and dry. Cool in the morning with a minimum temperature of around 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be about 22 degrees during the day. Moderate northeasterly winds, becoming moderate to fresh easterlies later.

Outlook : Temperatures rising in the following few day and it will be warm during the day.
