Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Locally, temperatures in the urban areas fell to around 16 degrees this morning. Exposed inland areas cooled more rapidly overnight under clear skies. Temperatures over the northern part of the New Territories even fell to 10 degrees or below.

Weather forecast for today

Fine and dry. Cool in the morning. The maximum temperature will be about 22 degrees during the day. Moderate northeasterly winds, becoming moderate to fresh easterlies later.

Outlook : Temperatures rising in the next few days and it will be warm during the day.
