Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over most parts of the territory once fell below 50 per cent in the afternoon.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Dry at first. Becoming cloudy. It will be cool tomorrow morning with a minimum temperature of about 17 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny intervals during the day with a maximum temperature of around 21 degrees. There will be a few light rain patches tomorrow night. Moderate easterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore at first.

Outlook : Temperatures rising in the following couple of days and it will be warm with sunny periods during the day.
