Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A warm easterly airstream continued to affect the coast of Guangdong today. Locally, there were coastal fog this morning. The visibility at Waglan Island once fell below 300 metres. Mainly fine and warm during the day, temperatures over most parts of the territory rose to around 25 degrees or above. The coastal areas of Guangdong will continue be affected by the warm easterly airstream tomorrow. Besides, the northeast monsoon will reach southern China on Sunday, temperatures over the region will drop slightly early next week.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Saturday, 22 Dec 2018)

Mainly cloudy. The minimum temperature will be around 21 degrees. There will be coastal mist in the morning and at night. Warm with sunny periods during the day. The maximum temperature will be about 24 degrees. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore at first.

Outlook : Cooler and cloudier on Sunday and Monday. The weather will be brighter over the Christmas holidays. Temperatures falling significantly in the latter part of next week.
