Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coastal areas. Locally, temperatures over the territory in the afternoon were a few degrees lower than those of yesterday.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Cloudy with a few rain patches. It will be cool. Temperatures will range between 16 and 19 degrees tomorrow. Fresh north to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore.

Outlook : Brighter weather and relatively warm during the day over the Christmas holidays. Temperatures falling significantly in the latter part of this week.
