Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon affected the coastal areas of Guangdong yesterday. Locally, the weather was mainly fine. It was rather cool in the morning and very dry during the day. The relative humidity over most parts of the territory once fell below 40 per cent. The monsoon will continue to bring generally fine weather to southern China for the rest of the week, temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over the region.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Wednesday, 23 Jan 2019)

Fine and dry. Rather cool in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a few degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 18 degrees. Moderate north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry with relatively large temperature difference between day and night for the rest of the week.
