Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon brought generally fine weather to the south China coastal areas yesterday. Locally, it was mainly fine. The weather was cool in the morning and at night. It was dry during the day. The relative humidity over most parts of the New Territories stayed below 60 per cent in the afternoon. The cool northeast monsoon will continue to affect the south China coast today and tomorrow. The weather will be generally fine over the region. With the monsoon moderating gradually, it will be cloudier over the coast of Guangdong and milder during the day midweek this week.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Cloudy periods and cool in the morning with a minimum temperature of about 16 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Mainly fine during the day with a maximum temperature of around 20 degrees. Moderate easterly winds, occasionally fresh offshore at first.

Outlook : Mainly fine on Tuesday. Cloudier and milder midweek this week.
