Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affected the coast of Guangdong today. Locally, it was mainly cloudy with one or two light rain patches. The weather was cool in the morning. A fresh easterly airstream is expected to affect the coast of Guangdong tomorrow. With the easterly airstream moderating midweek this week, temperatures will rise over the coastal areas.

At 11 p.m., Super Typhoon Wutip was centred about 580 kilometres north-northeast of Yap. It is forecast to be slow-moving, lingering over the western North Pacific.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Tuesday, 26 Feb 2019)

Mainly cloudy. One or two light rain patches in the morning. Sunny intervals during the day. Temperatures will range between 18 and 22 degrees. Moderate to fresh easterly winds.

Outlook : Temperatures rising with sunny periods in the following couple of days. Coastal fog in the latter part of this week.
