Announcement on Localised Heavy Rain: Rain was particularly heavy in Central and Western District of Hong Kong Island, Southern District of Hong Kong Island and Wan Chai District, with more than 70 millimetres of rainfall recorded in the past 1 hour ending at 5:05 a.m. and may cause serious flooding.
Though rainstorm warning has been cancelled, people should stay alert to the danger that may be brought about by river flooding.
