A continental airstream is bringing generally fine weather to southern China.

At 10 a.m., Tropical Storm Tapah was centred about 360 kilometres south-southwest of Okinawa. It is forecast to move northwest at about 10 kilometres and intensify gradually.

Fine and dry. Very hot during the day. Moderate north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Fine and dry in the next couple of days.

At 9 a.m., Tropical Storm Tapah with maximum sustained winds of about 75 kilometres per hour near its centre was located at 23.0 degrees north, 127.0 degrees east. It is forecast to move northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour and intensify gradually.
