Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing fine and dry weather to southern China.

At 8 a.m., Typhoon Tapah was centred about 510 kilometres south-southwest of Busan. It is forecast to move north-northeast at about 35 kilometres per hour across the East China Sea towards the vicinity of the Korean Peninsula to Kyushu of Japan.

Weather forecast for today

Fine and very dry. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, strong offshore and on high ground at first.

Outlook : Mainly fine in the next few days. Still dry with relatively large temperature difference between day and night tomorrow.
