Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing fine and dry weather to southern China. Locally, relative humidity over the territory generally stayed at 40 per cent or below around noon.

At noon, Severe Tropical Storm Tapah was centred about 380 kilometres south-southwest of Busan. It is forecast to move northeast at about 40 kilometres per hour across the seas near the Korean Peninsula and Kyushu of Japan.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

It will be fine. Very dry in the afternoon. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, strong offshore and on high ground at first.

Outlook : Mainly fine in the next few days. Still dry with relatively large temperature difference between day and night tomorrow.
