Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity in many places fell below 60 per cent around noon.

At noon, Tropical Storm Mitag was centred about 1170 kilometres east-northeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 28 kilometres per hour in the general direction of the seas east of Taiwan.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly fine. Dry with some haze in the afternoon. Moderate east to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine in the next few days.
