During the past hour the mean UV Index recorded at King's Park was 2. The intensity of UV radiation was low.

Hot weather might cause adverse health effects. The Observatory advises the public to stay on the alert.

An anticyclone aloft is bringing fine weather to southern China.

Weather forecast for today

Mainly fine and hot. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light to moderate west to southwesterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and hot in the next couple of days. It will be slightly cooler, windier with some showers early next week.
