During the past hour the mean UV Index recorded at King's Park was 0.2. The intensity of UV radiation was low.

Hot weather might cause adverse health effects. The Observatory advises the public to stay on the alert.

Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

An anticyclone aloft covering southern China is bringing fine weather to the region. Locally, it was hot in the afternoon. Temperatures over many places rose to 32 degrees or above.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 27 degrees. Hot during the day tomorrow. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Light winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and hot on Saturday. There will be showers on Sunday and Chung Yeung Festival, and it will be windier and slightly cooler.
