A strong easterly airstream is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Besides, an upper-air disturbance is bringing showers to the northern part of the South China Sea.

Weather forecast for today

Mainly cloudy with sunny intervals and a few showers. More showers later with isolated squally thunderstorms. The maximum temperature will be about 30 degrees. Moderate to fresh easterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground.

Outlook : Still some showers, windier and slightly cooler on Chung Yeung Festival. Showers will ease off in the following couple of days.
