Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China.

At noon, Tropical Storm Neoguri was centred about 760 kilometres east of Gaoxiong. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour, lingering over the western North Pacific to the east of Luzon Strait.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly fine and dry. Moderate east to northeasterly winds, fresh offshore tonight.

Outlook : Mainly fine in the next couple of days.

    Warnings:
    Strong winds in Nan'ao, Shanwei and south of Hong Kong.

    Weather Situation:
    The northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coastal waters.

    At noon, Tropical Storm Neoguri with maximum sustained winds of about 85 kilometres per hour near its centre was located at 21.4 degrees north, 127.5 degrees east. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour, lingering over the western North Pacific to the east of Luzon Strait.

    Hong Kong Adjacent Waters:
    East to northeast force 4 to 5.
    A few rain patches.
    Moderate seas.

    Nan'ao:
    Northeast force 5 to 6, occasionally force 7.
    Moderate to rough seas.

    Moderate to rough seas.

    Shangchuan Dao:
