Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China.

At 10 a.m., Severe Tropical Storm Neoguri was centred about 610 kilometres south-southwest of Osaka. It is forecast to move northeast at about 35 kilometres per hour in the general direction of Honshu of Japan.

Fine and dry. Moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : Sunny periods in the next few days. One or two showers in the middle and latter parts of this week.
