A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China.

At noon, Severe Tropical Storm Neoguri was centred about 510 kilometres south-southwest of Osaka. It is forecast to move northeast at about 35 kilometres per hour in the general direction of Honshu of Japan.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Fine. Dry in the afternoon. Moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine tomorrow. Cloudier with one or two showers in the following couple of days.
