Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China.

At 4 p.m., Severe Tropical Storm Neoguri was centred about 390 kilometres south-southwest of Osaka. It is forecast to move northeast at about 35 kilometres per hour in the general direction of Honshu of Japan.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Mainly fine. The minimum temperature will be about 24 degrees in the urban areas tomorrow morning, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Dry during the day with a maximum temperature of around 29 degrees. Moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : Cloudier with one or two showers in the following couple of days.
