Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon brought generally fine weather to southeastern China today. Locally, it was mainly fine and dry. An easterly airstream will bring a few showers to the south China coastal areas in the next couple of days. Under the influence of a dry northeast monsoon, the weather will be generally fine over Guangdong in the latter part of this week and early next week.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Wednesday, 23 Oct 2019)

Mainly fine at first. The minimum temperature will be about 24 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Sunny periods during the day. One or two showers later. The maximum temperature will be around 29 degrees. Moderate easterly winds.

Outlook : Sunny periods in the following few days.
