Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity over the territory generally fell to about 50 per cent around noon. Meanwhile, a broad area of low pressure is bringing unsettled weather to the central and southern parts of the South China Sea.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Fine and dry. Moderate to fresh north to northeasterly winds.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry in the next few days. Slightly cooler in the morning and at night.
