Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A dry northeast monsoon is bringing generally fine weather to southern China. Locally, the relative humidity generally fell below 50 per cent in the afternoon. Meanwhile, a broad area of low pressure is bringing unsettled weather to the central and southern parts of the South China Sea.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Fine and dry. The minimum temperature will be about 21 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 27 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh northerly winds, strengthening from the east tomorrow night.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry, and it will be windy in the following couple of days. Slightly cooler in the morning and at night.

The northeast monsoon is affecting the south China coastal waters. Meanwhile, a broad area of low pressure is bringing unsettled weather to the central and southern parts of the South China Sea.

North to northeast force 5 to 6, becoming east force 6 to 7 later.
