Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon is affecting southern China. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is covering the northeastern part of the South China Sea and the vicinity of the Pearl River Estuary. Besides, an area of low pressure is bringing unsettled weather to the seas east of the Philippines.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly cloudy. Sunny intervals in the afternoon. Moderate easterly winds, fresh at times.

Outlook : Northerlies will strengthen tomorrow night. Fine and dry in the following couple of days. It will be cooler in the morning and at night.
