Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

A cold front over the northern part of southern China is moving southwards gradually. It is expected to reach the coastal areas overnight.

At noon, Tropical Depression Kalmaegi was centred about 840 kilometres east-southeast of Manila. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour towards Luzon.

Weather forecast for this afternoon and tonight

Mainly fine. Dry in the afternoon. Moderate easterly winds, becoming fresh northerlies tonight.

Outlook : Mainly fine and dry in the next couple of days. It will be cooler in the morning and at night.

    Weather Situation:
    A cold front over the northern part of southern China is moving southwards gradually. It is expected to reach the coastal areas overnight.

    At noon, Tropical Depression Kalmaegi with maximum sustained winds of about 45 kilometres per hour near its centre was located at 13.0 degrees north, 128.6 degrees east. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 18 kilometres per hour towards Luzon.
