Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affecting the south China coastal areas strengthened gradually today. Locally, it was cloudy in the morning and at night. The weather was fine and dry during the day. Under the influence of a strong northeast monsoon, it will be cooler and windy over southern China in the next couple of days.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Tuesday, 26 Nov 2019)

Mainly cloudy. Cooler with one or two light rain patches in the morning. The minimum temperature will be about 19 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories. Bright periods during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 23 degrees. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, strong offshore at first.

Outlook : Sunny periods in the following couple of days. Cool on Thursday and Friday mornings.
