I.   SIGNIFICANT WEATHER WITHIN 100 KILOMETER RADIUS OF H.K :
     STRONG WINDS AND SEV TURB.
II.  SYNOPSIS OF THE WEATHER SITUATION :
     THE NORTHEAST MONSOON IS AFFECTING THE SOUTH
     CHINA COAST.
     TYPHOON KAMMURI HAS WEAKENED INTO A SEVERE
     TROPICAL STORM. 
     AT 8 A.M., KAMMURI WAS LOCATED NEAR 14.0 DEGREES
     NORTH, 117.9 DEGREES EAST. IT IS FORECAST TO
     MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 11 KNOTS ACROSS THE
     CENTRAL PART OF THE SOUTH CHINA SEA AND WEAKEN
     GRADUALLY.
